High-quality concrete recycling closes the loop

On behalf of Rijkswaterstaat, the Veenix consortium, with FCC as the main contractor, is widening and deepening the A9 motorway between the Badhoevedorp and Holendrecht junctions. Renewi is recycling 40,000 tonnes of concrete waste from the demolition of two viaducts. This material can be repurposed as a high-quality circular material for concrete in Rijkswaterstaat construction projects.
