Renewi has a 100% circular solution for the collection of cardboard cups. These cups are collected in special bags, treated and then processed into hygiene products such as paper and tissues. The PE layer is separated from the cardboard using special techniques and re-used in the plastics industry. By collecting cardboard cups separately you not only reduce your amounts of residual waste, you increase the life span of both the cardboard and the plastic in the biopolyethylene or polyethylene coating.
